Landfill owner admits to illegal activity, which shows our own NYS DEC lying under oath.
April 7, 2017
The Investigating DEC Officer Sean Dewey, and the DEC employees in place as professionals "Program people", for each separate issue for this whole experience, has justified leaving illegally transported toxic debris into our NYS/Nationally Protected Wetlands? That from the photo below the "Specialist" Ted Roback of the DEC Solid Waste field, has concluded in his investigation that the toxic debris dumped, was only a very small percentage? That it was only 25%, or in the single digits that's mixed with regular material? That would look good on paper when agencies are trying to protect this toxic landfill, however the photos below to me, say its a much larger percentage. (This debris in the photo is what the DEC witnessed also) The toxic Landfill owner admitted to accepting Construction/Demolition debris from Long Island/NYC, Not leaves and grass. Also admitted to bringing excess debris from his excavation sites, and dumped all over this property. The DEC, and the Dept. of Health continually state that it was "Clean Fill" dumped into these waters, and most statements say they never even brushed the dirt to the side, nor honestly tested. (except a corrupted, false water test result) So how can "Clean Fill" cause the neighboring family of 4, to be diagnosed with an Exposure to Industrial Toxins? With the other neighboring family having extremely similar health ailments? How can "Clean Fill" kill all of the trees, and shrubbery in its path? How can it kill all of the aquatic life, algae, Lilly pads, etc. of a very large area the protected waters in the Wetlands, that this debris is dumped in? The DEC was consistently made aware they were standing on it all. Dumped down into the waters, and holes all over the property. Through out this sworn deposition by the DEC Investigating Officer Sean Dewey, his sworn testimony has consistently contradicted many important issues for this toxic landfill. Where he has admitted he didn't see Any Construction debris. Then he observed some of the dumping himself, and here again, he is stating that the Region 4 DEC did Not find any evidence of C&D (construction/demolition debris)? These pages of the DEC Officers deposition also admit to more evidence from this toxic landfill's investigation was not included in the file? That the first lady Nancy Heaslip retired with the DEC, and her investigating proof from the beginning of the DEC investigating, is lost as well? Like Officer Dewey's photos, he took at the beginning of his investigation is also lost? Sure is alot of lost evidence from this important situation, regarding Illegal Transportation of Contaminated debris from Hurricane Sandy. Transported to upstate NY, from Long Island/NYC, and dumped into NYS/Nationally Protected Wetlands. There is also addition paperwork FOIL requested from the DEC, where there are notes where C&D was drawn into the notes. Also the consent order with the DEC, and the landfill owner, was outlining the construction/demolition debris. For the tons of debris was to be slanted from the wetlands some, to just take a bit off the top of the dumping, to make a hill for the wildlife to be able to walk up from the protected waters. Families neighboring this Illegal Landfill very sick, with similar health issues. An entire family diagnosed with Exposure to Industrial Toxins. Test results of Hazardous levels of lead, and other contaminates, and a woman with a blood test of severe Cadmium poisoning? With alot of proof of major contradictions, and neglect from our proper agencies, local government, all the way up to our federal government. I really don't believe the evidence was accidentally lost. Does this make sense to anyone else? There are other pages of this DEC Officer we posted awhile ago, and will be reposting them again shortly. It's pretty much the same, continuing insanity. We are adding the pages from the Toxic Landfill owner to this post as well, which are the pages that are included in another post we have shared, with their own description. However we believe it to make this DEC's Officers post, a bit more interesting aside the Landfill Owner himself admitting to this debris as C&D, Not leaves, and grass. This is how our own NYS Department of Environmental Conservation, investigates a Toxic Landfill, contaminating our Protected Wetlands?
