NYS DEC Investigator consistently lying under oath.
April 7, 2017
These are 2 pages, from the same sworn deposition of the NYS DEC Officer Sean Dewey. He is sworn under oath to be honest, and just from reading the pages I can hear the insanity of this investigation. A department as important as the DEC, I believe would not behave in this manner about a situation to this degree, if they were Honestly interested in investigating this toxic landfill. A situation where multiple residents are concerned for their children, and homes after witnessing multiple tractor trailers dumping demolition debris next to their homes, through out many nights. Admitted debris illegally transported from NYC/Long Island, during Hurricane Sandy clean-up. Where this toxic debris was directly dumped into the waters of our protected wetlands. With families that can physically feel the health ailments be created in themselves, and in their children because of this toxic landfill created. To watch their children's health change, and deteriorate whenever there is activity on the neighboring landfill, and feel the pain themselves. I can realize by just reading this one DEC Officers deposition, where instead of investigating this landfill properly, the investigation has been manipulated to protect the Illegally transported toxic debris. Our Agencies would rather protect the toxic landfill that has been created into our NYS/Nationally protected Wetlands, rather then protect the innocent children impacted by their choices. I believe If this DEC Officer was actually interested in protecting Lives, I don't believe he would be lying under oath, or destroying evidence from his investigation.
The deposition papers from this NYS DEC Officer, and other pages from depositions are Public knowledge. They are sworn depositions from a case that was in the Greene County Supreme Court.
