NYS DEC agent continuing to lie Under Oath, to protect landfill?
April 7, 2017
Really? I have never heard of NYC or Long Island transporting their leaves/grass over 2 hours up to the mountains. They would pay drivers to drive through-out the nights, pay the gas prices that were very high at the end of 2012-2013, pay tolls, etc. to dump leaves?
We also share the deposition of the property owner himself, where he actually admits that the debris being transported from NYC/Long Island was actually construction/demolition debris.Showing this NYS Department of Environmental Conservation Officer Sean Dewey, is Lying under oath about the type of debris?
In previous posts of this Officers deposition, he even admits to witnessing trucks dumping the construction/demolition debris, over the banks, into the protected wetlands. He also admits in his deposition the Palenville bridge that was destroyed during Hurricane Sandy was "Stored" on this property/landfill as well. Portions of the bridge are still seen at the landfill property? The Town of Catskill, and Greene County was paid top dollar from FEMA, as the area was declared a natural disaster. Catskill/Greene County used properties such as this to dump local Hurricane debris, instead of transporting it to a proper facility, like FEMA paid for.
There was witnesses admitting to many other dumping activities brought from the local Hunter/Tannersville area dumped at this landfill, and No where in the prior Greene County Highway Superintendent Gary Harvey's annual report for the FEMA $$, does it state that the debris was transported 3 miles down the road, and dumped on this illegal landfill. It was paid to be Properly Disposed of?
